Ireen Koevoets

Ireen began her career in 2009 at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where she specialized in labor and employee participation law over five years. Following this, Ireen worked for two years at a law firm specializing in employment law.

In 2015, she moved to Curaçao and started her own consultancy and law practice. Since then, Ireen has been working for various clients and is also affiliated with AMS Advocaten. She is also active as a mediator. Since May 2024, Ireen has also been affiliated with Avocare Arbeidsrecht.

Specialized in employment law

Ireen has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law. She guides large-scale reorganizations, represents employees in various labor disputes, and advises on topics such as non-compete clauses, changes to employment terms, employee participation, and termination of employment relationships, including dismissal of (statutory) directors. Ireen is committed and will do her best to find a mutually acceptable solution.
