Voting report

The debtor or the restructuring expert (if appointed) shall issue a report on the vote on the composition no more than seven days after the vote on a WHOA composition. This includes: the names or categories of creditors and shareholders who have cast a vote, whether they voted for or against, the amount of their claims, the result of the vote, whether a petition for homologation will be filed and, if so, relevant information for assessing that petition.
