The price owed by a client to a contractor under a contract for services.
The contract price may consist of a fixed contract price stipulated in the agreement, whether or not supplemented by provisional sums. Provisional sums are sums of money included in the contract price from which expenditure may be incurred for certain purposes specified in the agreement.
If no fixed contract price has been agreed, nor a target price, the client shall owe a reasonable price. In determining the price, the prices usually requested by the contractor at the time of concluding the contract shall be taken into account. Additional work is not included in the contract price.
