Dutch lawyer Hein Hoogendoorn has joined Dutch law firm AMS Advocaten N.V. as per 1 November 2013. Hein studied Dutch law and Tax law at the University of Utrecht. After working in the international tax consultancy practice for several years, Hein has been a lawyer since 2008, and since 2013 he is an associate with Dutch law firm AMS. He previously was employed by a medium-size law firm in The Hague.
Hein focuses on litigating and consulting in the legal areas of corporate law, insolvency law, contract law and debt collection. Apart from his regular practice as a lawyer, Hein is regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcies pronounced by the Court of Amsterdam. As a lawyer, Hein regularly advises parties involved in bankruptcies, on, among others, directors’ and officers’ liability,
